My V6 STI is outside at mo in sun rain etc . But when I power the windows down on my once a week drive out they slightly pull on the window rubber at the top on both windows . Any ideas to stop this ? Also leaves a slight black rubber mark on top of both windows which I do clean off from time to time

Try some Silicone spray. I usually apply some to the door rubbers of any car I've had during the winter, it stops the door frame freezing to the rubbers.
Spray some on to a cloth then wipe the rubbers with the cloth to cover the rubbers.
