Quick Rack v3 sti type ra

It was just a quick question, should they come with one?
If it is then what's lock to lock to check?

just curious and if it doesn't would fitting one detract from the originality of the car in people's opinions?
From the strictest of originality it would, as the VIN plate does not match reality. However, it is a standard Subaru item and also an option on the car. So it would be very 'legal' in my opinion. If you are really into detail, you can always document the change, by making a note in the car's file saying change of rack at xxx thousand miles.

Edit: I guess it is the same problem with four pots on a version 2 STi RA for instance.

I couldn't imagine driving an sti v2 with standard brakes
