'No Longer For Sale' project fast forward continues

Subaru Impreza
300bhp Approx

Imported into the UK Jan 2003

New low mileage ‘donor’ engine fitted by Roger Clark Motorsport August 2004, which included:
Fuel Pump
Cam Belt & tensioner
RCM Lightweight Flywheel
AP Organic Clutch
Coil Pack assy x 4
RCM 3†Open neck down pipe, 3†centre section & 3â€Ârear silencer
Silkolene Pro R
Thermostat Assy
Oxygen Sensor
Boost Solenoid Valve

Mot after build – mileage = 73,420 miles (July 24th 2004
1st oil change at = 74,822 (Aug 6th 2005
Current Mileage = 75,608
Miles covered since build = 2,188

Obviously along with the above list, there have been lots of other serviceable parts fitted during this build.

Other mod’s:
Five spoke Fox 17†alloys ‘coated matt black April 2004’
Yokohama tyres x 4 fitted 2nd April 2004 ‘all still in very good condition’
Complete De-Cat
WRC Mudflaps (Performance creations) fitted summer 2005

This motor is in absolute excellent condition inside & out, there is one scratch on the near side bumper, which had been highlighted on the import documents.

When out & about I very seldom use the power to its full potential, remembering the quite comprehensive works carried out only a couple of thousand miles previous.

Attention is focused to warm-up & cool down when used, also using Optimax with octane booster.

The reason for sale:
I’d really like a New or Mint 2005 Repsol Honda Fireblade, which would be the one & only reason I would consider parting with the car.

If I’m lucky enough for the car to reach a suitable price, then I’ll let it go. If not then that’s no great shame, the investments will continue.

Just to re-iterate:
This is a well looked after Subaru Impreza, with an engineering pedigree. Great care has been taken when driven, with only 2,188 miles covered since major mechanical investment.
