Im may be very late for this but I found here in Finland corporation that does keys from lock mechanism. I sent my passanger door lock to them and they made a new key for it

Blame it on the Vapors
Hi, you should be able to get a key made off the pins... the challenge is finding someone as most ‘auto lock’ people work off set tools for coded keys and make their money off Volvos, Fords and the like.... I’m in the opposite boat, having a spare lock‘s pins set to take the OEM key. Wil be looking for a specialist this week so if I find one I’ll let you know.... assuming you’re UK?

As far as Belgium goes you could order an already cut key for your Impreza, if it was a EU sold car of course. Not sure about the import ones. I did it a few years ago and it was not that expensive. Comes cut and already coded for your car. Ordered trough the dealer.

Here in Finland I had to only ship my lock from door and they would use tumblers in the lock to make exactly same key that goes there. But you should always use the lock that is less used. My import impreza had ignition lock changed somewhere on the past and I only had key for that lol. My battery was dead and so then was my electric lock so I had to break in to car in order to reload battery
