De rusting bolts insitu

I am having trouble with some bolts which have captive nuts in the chassis, I have an induction heater to release them ok but the subsequent build up of rust on the exposed part of the bolt is binding up too much for my liking which is i fear going to end in tears. Does anybody know of anything i can spray onto these to break down the rust i have tried GT85 but that is not man enough for this task. Cheers

You could try some Bilt Hamber Deox Gel, it is not a spray but as long as you can apply it to the rust it will remove it.

Shame i cannot apply this but i need a spray and something that does not need rinsing etc. I have just ordered some seafoam deep creep to see if that works.

I was going to say spray some Bilt Hamber Korrosol, which will dissolve surface rust, but it would need a rinse. I've used it insitu on stuff like this.
