These will fit wrx shocks and also turbo 2000, they will not lower Sti cars fitted with red shocks hence why I removed them and fitted Teins. They have done a couple hundred miles if even, very little in the way of marks, pretty much as new. Cost £180 new, looking £100.

Would they lower my car with black shocks?

presuming you car has the correct age STi BLACK shox & springs then no it will not lower it by any meaningful margin............

Ok cheers @asperformance . On kevs old white ra the 17 inch terras fill the arches nicely. Was just if the type r's have slightly bigger arches and doesn't look right. Should really wait until I test fit them i suppose

Any classic running STI shocks they wont lower more than a few mm, I thought sti's only came with reds wasn't aware they came with black shocks too.

I think it might have been up to v3 they were black @Burt2000 and white compared to the red/pink ones they went on the facelift and onwards. @asperformance knows it was alyn that told me

Yes, black for early cars and red for later. The pink ones are upgrades from the STi catalogue, which also features some black ones I recall to be even more harsh.
